8oz Lily's Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar
1 cup One Degree Organic Vanilla Chai Granola
2 tbsp Earth Choice Virgin Coconut Oil
1/4 cup chopped almonds & dried cranberries
Optional pinch of sea salt

- Melt the chocolate:
- Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Add coconut oil (optional) for a smoother texture.
- Melt the chocolate using a microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Prepare the toppings:
- While the chocolate melts, mix the granola, dried cranberries, and chopped almonds together in a bowl.
- Assemble the bark:
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it into an even layer with a spatula (about ¼ inch thick).
- Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the melted chocolate, pressing it down slightly so it sticks.
- Chill the bark:
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
- Break into pieces:
- Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the bark from the fridge and break it into bite-sized pieces.
- Store:
- Store the granola chocolate bark in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
